Today marked the end of my first day of work. Sadly, i'm sharing the first day loot with my friend. So i only made RM30 today instead of RM60. Fudge. You see, they thought we wouldn't be able to grasp the concept as fast, so they just gave us a few to try with one comp after some training and we did a pretty good job.

But the problem was there was only one comp, so my mate and i took turns to do our job hence only getting half of the original amount for today. For all those of you who asked me what i would be doing, i finally have the answer. Its actually a call and verification center, whereby customers of Real Rewards would place their orders on products using their accumulated redemption points.

So we would receive an invoice stating what each member has ordered and we would call them to confirm. Sounds easy? Not quite =). 95% of the customer base of this particular card would be grocery shop, store, restaurant owners who purchase in bulk of F&N products. Their English level is very poor, and most of them do not know what they are ordering.

So the challenge is to ensure that these customers have placed their orders. And we have a minimum of 80 customers per day. But my co workers are great! The boss is Ally, a real nice lady, of course has the traits of a boss with the straight forwardness and high expectations so on. Then there is Florence, who is married with a beautiful baby girl and Christina who made my day so much more enjoyable than i thought it would be =)

So here's to more days of working. I'm sure i would start complaining soon
